Using this site. This site is run by Marketing Support Team (Total Business Support Pty Ltd, ABN 28 133 342 453). It describes our services and lets you send an enquiry. Content here is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.

Our services. Short voiced videos, social content and Local Offer Fix Audits. Every job is agreed individually before work starts – what is included, the price and the timing – confirmed in writing (email is fine). Any changes or revisions are set in each job’s quote.

Paying for work. Payment details are confirmed as part of agreeing each job.

Work we make for you. Once a job is agreed and paid, you can use the finished work for your business.

Samples. We only show client work as samples or examples if you say yes first.

Your responsibilities. Give us accurate information about your business, and only send us material you are allowed to use.

If something goes wrong. Email info@marketingsupportteam.com first and we will work it out. These terms are under New South Wales law.
